Peanut Butter Cookies

This is easy peasy as ABC. Just mix the three ingredients together, roll them into tiny marbles on the baking sheet. Press down with a fork and send them into the oven.

I made some chewy and also crunchy ones. Little addictive stuff though, you have been warned!

Milo Flourless Layer Cake II

This is officially the mom's favorite cake.
I can see why; it's not too sweet but is tasty enough to go with the mid-afternoon cup of coffee.
The mom is surprised that there is not one bit of flour used in the entire recipe.
She is demanding I make this diligently every weekend.
I made this 2 days in a row - one with two and the other three layers.
